PlumbPrint™ — a fingerprint with a 3D printer at its core

ConTech Licensing · PlumbPrint™

The part's discontinued.
Print it anyway.

PlumbPrint™ is the printable parts library built for plumbers: the interface parts and field tools that stop a job cold — handle adapters, escutcheon rings, trim spacers, caps, gauges — each one catalogued, material-matched, and checked against a hard safety framework before a file ever reaches your printer. Search by the problem you're staring at, not a part number you don't have.

License the library How it works

Sixty seconds

Problem, search, card, print. That's the whole pitch.

The library screens are the real product. The launch catalog is in review and print files roll out part by part — every file passes the eligibility and materials checks below before it can be downloaded.

How it works

Built for the truck, not the office.

Step 1
Search the problem

"Handle won't fit." "Escutcheon won't sit flush." PlumbPrint is indexed by the trouble in front of you and the fixture it belongs to — with guided measurements when the fit matters.

Step 2
Read the card

Every part carries a card: what it is, what it fits, the material it's specified in and why, the print profile, and what to inspect before it goes into service. If a part isn't printable under the rules, the card says so — and routes you to the manufacturer's part instead.

Step 3
Download and print

One acknowledgment, one download, and the file is yours to print. Field reports flow back — fits, failures, photos — so the next revision of every part is better than the last.

The line we don't cross

A printed part that fails where water lives is a flood, not a shortcut. So the library is fenced, in the software itself — not in a policy document.

Non-wetted. Non-sealing. Non-pressure. No exceptions.

The first shelf

Eight launch parts, drawn from the calls that waste the most windshield time.

Universal handle adapter

The discontinued-handle rescue — the adapter that gets a working handle back on an orphan stem.

Aerator tool

The little wrench that lives in the truck instead of the toolbox you left at the shop.

Trim extension spacer

For the valve that sits too deep after the remodel — spacer rings in the depths tile actually comes in.

Escutcheon backing ring

The ring that lets a trim plate sit flat and finished on an imperfect wall.

Rough-in depth guide

A field tool that makes stub-out depth a measurement, not a guess.

Oversized bolt caps & tank lid bumpers

The finish details that make a repair look like it was always that way.

Stem & spline ID gauge

Identify the stem in your hand before you order the wrong cartridge — printed gauges, honest answers.

License it for your platform

Your customers are service and replacement shops. Their trucks hit these exact parts problems every day. PlumbPrint gives your platform the governed library, the safety framework, and the download machinery — under your brand's roof or ours.

What a license includes

Manufacturers: the library is built to work with you, not around you. Printable interface parts keep your installed base serviceable; everything inside the fence routes to your parts channel. Ask about the manufacturer review program.

Talk to us about a license

Tell us who you are and what you're building. Submissions go straight to ConTech — no form service, no list, no drip campaign.

PlumbPrint is in beta. Print files roll out part by part after review; licensing terms are scoped per partner after a first conversation.
